Laverne Peters ( Candy ) is an energetic and gifted praise and worship leader who is also classified as “God’s Vessel”, an anointed voice that is used for His handiwork. Created to export musical expression all over the world through the sharing of the Gospel through song, through the midst of life situations, she is a yielded vessel to be used by the Lord to encourage, strengthen and uplift spirits in the lives of others for God’s purpose.  Candy performed in a choir called “The Souls4Real Ensemble Community Gospel Choir” under the direction of Pastor, Kelvin Teel Sr. Souls4Real Ministries is a collaboration of souls (believers) who love and obey the Lord Jesus Christ. Souls4Real Ministries’ strive to live on purpose and for real (authentic not perfect) by the guiding of the Holy Spirit. Candy says, “having a real thirst for the Lord is my passion!”

Candy over the past few years have released  several singles including : Breakthrough, Lift Him Up, Forward Ever Backwards Never, If They Did It To Jesus, and now the release of her new single " He Saw Me Though It...." in  hope to continue with encouraging, uplifting, and embracing the hearts of God's people.
